Manufactured using authentic .30 U.S. brass cartridge shells after World War 1, the Victory Pocket Lighter was patented by Maurice Ginsburg in 1919. Often misidentified as trench art or trench lighters, these lighters were manufactured in Newport, Kentucky. (EB)
