Polo single bar lift arms
return to Barnett Pearlman index
Produced during the 1930s, Polo single bar lift arm models are largely undocumented. Factory-assigned names for these Polo models are currently unknown, "single bar lift arm" is simply a physical description. Different models were produced with straight and angled snuffers. Straight snuffer models were offered in at least two sizes, with optional wind guard, and screw-on bases for table use. The angled snuffer models have this shape because of the unique off-center orientation of the thumbwheel. (EB)
